Customer Sales & Support Inbound - Evening Shift

We are looking for an experienced Umrah Customer Sales & Support Agent to join our UK-based travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling Umrah packages, customer queries, bookings, and coordination with suppliers to ensure smooth Umrah operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Umrah package sales (economy, standard, luxury)
• Guide clients about Umrah visa process, hotels, transport & flights
• Deal with UK-based customers via calls, WhatsApp & email
• Coordinate with Saudi suppliers, hotels & transport companies
• Prepare custom Umrah itineraries
• Maintain booking records & customer follow-ups
• Provide after-sales support till Umrah completion

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Umrah / Hajj travel
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Umrah rules & packages
• Good English communication skills (Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Computer & CRM knowledge preferred
• UK travel industry experience is a plus
