Key Responsibilities
  • Lead event management, planning, supervising, and facilitating communication with ALJM - VIP visitors across Toyota Marketing Operation teams.
  • Act as focal point of communication regarding VIP visits management and arrangement.
  • Execute a detailed visits timetable including visit plans for events.
  • Maintain overall satisfaction rates and monitor satisfaction levels.
  • Arrange travel and logistical requirements for all guests' visits.
  • Advise on ideas & techniques to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Prepare visits itinerary & plans, arrange visitor gifts & giveaways, and facilitate appropriate atmosphere in visit management operations.
  • Assist during ALJM & TMO events and activities.
  • Negotiate prices and select contractors for projects.
  • Perform GEMBA visits to evaluate progress and quality.
Performance Indicators
  • No. of produced visit plans - target: 90% overall satisfaction rate.
  • No. of communicated plans per visit/event.
  • No. of monthly reports produced.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Management / Hospitality & Tourism Management.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in management or relevant area.
