Overview
The Visual & Creative Marketing Specialist is responsible for shaping and managing PolyJohn’s visual identity and storytelling across all channels. This role owns social media visuals, product imagery, marketing collateral, and content creation to ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence. The specialist will bring ideas to life visually and creatively while collaborating closely with Marketing Operations to align on timelines and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and publish content across platforms
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
  • Coordinate posting schedules and campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and propose improvement ideas
  • Creative Content & Design
  • Produce product images and social graphics
  • Create product guides and sell sheets
  • Develop digital marketing assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Product & Brand Support
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop launch materials
  • Update product documentation as needed
  • Create visual aids for sales teams
  • Photography & Asset Management
  • Coordinate or execute product photography (in-house or via vendors)
  • Organize and maintain image libraries
  • Stay current on social media trends and content formats
  • Suggest innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Creative thinker with strong visual instincts
  • Comfortable executing ideas independently
  • Deep understanding of brand consistency and storytelling
  • Prefers hands-on creation over excessive meetings
  • Able to take direction and contribute fresh ideas
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic video editing for short-form content
  • Photography experience

Qualifications (suggested to add)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in visual design, content creation, or social media marketing
  • Demonstrated portfolio of social media visuals, campaigns, and product imagery
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
