Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance in-store presentation, optimize product displays, and elevate the overall customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong retail visual merchandising experience within discount centers or department stores in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute attractive in-store visual displays aligned with brand guidelines
• Ensure effective product placement to maximize visibility and sales
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization
• Implement seasonal themes, promotions, and campaign displays
• Coordinate with store and purchasing teams for stock display planning
• Monitor customer flow and adjust layouts to improve shopping experience
• Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurately displayed
• Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual consistency across sections
• Stay updated with current retail and visual merchandising trends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser
• Mandatory experience in UAE retail, preferably in discount centers or department stores
• Strong understanding of retail display techniques and space management
• Good eye for aesthetics, layout, and product presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer behaviour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
