Visualizer (Advertising Agency)ROLE PURPOSE

Visualizer translates creative directions into visual presentation for print, outdoor, collateral and social platforms. He exhibits strong imaginative abilities, out of the box Art Direction skills and visual communication aesthetics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Define and maintain visual identity and design language for the FMCG brand

● Lead visual Direction for campaign planning and Execution

● Sketch for photography with clear visual direction

● Ensure visual and design consistency across all IMC components

● Direct and Supervise Graphic Designers

● Review and approve all visual designs before print production

● Follow brand guidelines with all identity elements

● Liaise with external designers, photographers, and production houses as required

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

● 5-7 years of experience in visual design, preferably in advertising or marketing

● Strong portfolio demonstrating visual identity work and creative concepts

● Experience in food, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

● Strong conceptual thinking and visual problem-solving

● Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

● Ability to translate brand strategy into visual concepts

● Excellent presentation and communication skills

● Project management and deadline management

● Knowledge of print and digital production processes

● Eye for food photography and culinary aesthetics preferred
