  • Conduct image research for print and digital stories using a broad and inventive selection of resources.
  • Negotiate and secure rights and fees for images, both produced photoshoots and researched work.
  • Organise photoshoots for all CNT platforms, including itineraries/call sheets, and liaising directly with photographers, studios, PRs and CNT editors.
  • Manage individual photoshoot budgets in conjunction with the Art Director.
  • Use Conde Nast’s CMS tool to upload image information and assign contracts, and work with our operations team to process invoices.
  • Meet with agencies and photographers, and review portfolios, in order to help maintain relationships and to unearth and introduce new talent.
  • Manage the post production process on relevant stories, co-ordinating lo-res and hi-res selection and delivery.
  • Create mood boards and pitch ideas.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Extensive experience in media or a relevant field.
  • Experience producing photo content efficiently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to operate under pressure.
  • Budget management skills
  • Must excel in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • A passion for travel, photography and illustration.
