Role Summary:
Responsible for verifying insurance benefits and patient eligibility to ensure accuracy prior to service delivery and claim submission, helping reduce denials and improve cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance coverage via payer portals, IVR, and insurance calls.
• Confirm eligibility, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and benefit limits.
• Identify authorization requirements and coverage limitations.
• Update and validate patient insurance data in EMR/EHR systems.
• Resolve eligibility issues and coordinate with billing, coding, and front office teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation within defined TAT.
• Stay updated on Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year experience in US Medical Billing (VOB/Eligibility preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PPO, HMO, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers’ Comp.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with EMR/EHR, clearinghouses, and payer portals.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Willingness to work US night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
