Voice Application Expert Engineer

We are now looking for a Voice Application Expert Engineer who will join our journey and strengthen our voice technology operations across the region.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide implementation and maintenance support for telecommunications customers across the region.
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal teams (engineering, sales, customer organizations) to resolve deployment challenges.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve Odine’s private cloud infrastructure.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and customer deliverables.
  • Understand customer needs, advocate internally, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and infrastructure issues quickly and effectively.
  • Analyze faults, configurations, and performance problems; resolve or escalate to related teams/vendors.
  • Ensure all technical support processes align with Customer SLAs.


What We’re Looking For:

  • BS/MS degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of customer support/operations experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of network elements: SBC, Application Servers, Proxy Servers, OSS, BSS
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and operating Linux and Windows servers
  • Solid understanding of mediation and billing services
  • Knowledge of IP networks, VOIP, Unix, call flows, security topics, SIP signaling, RTP/RTCP
  • Experience in Wholesale VOIP is a strong plus
  • Telco network and infrastructure knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Detail-oriented, strong planning and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across different technical levels and skill sets
  • Python and .NET knowledge is a plus
