Job Title: Voice NOC Engineer

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 (based on experience and skills)

Education: B.E, BSCS, BS, or Master’s in a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Voice Network uptime (99.99%) through corrective and preventive measures.
• Proactively monitor systems and generate daily reports.
• Handle customer queries and support tickets (24/7 environment).
• Analyze root causes at signaling level using SIP & SS7 protocols.
• Perform routing, testing, and on-site maintenance.
• Oversee customer deployments and partner configurations.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams effectively.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SIP & SS7 protocols.
• Hands-on experience in routing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage 24/7 customer support in a rotational shift setup.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in Voice NOC or telecom operations is preferred.
