About the Role

DeSOM is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in networking, system administration, and IT support. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of IT infrastructure, handling troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to the organization.

Skills Required

• CCNA, CCNP Core knowledge
• Wi-Fi Router Configuration
• Network Cabling (Cat 6 & Optical Fiber)
• Windows OS Installation & Troubleshooting
• Printer Installation & Troubleshooting
• Hands-on ducting and cabling experience

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Wi-Fi routers
• Perform network cabling (Cat 6 & Optical Fiber) and ducting work
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS
• Set up and troubleshoot printers
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure
• Support daily IT operations and end-user needs
