What Will Your Day Look Like?


As the Voice of Consumer Analytics Lead, You'll be

  • Listening to the digital buzz — analyzing consumer chatter across social media, reviews, search trends, and influencer content.
  • Translating online sentiment, behaviors, and feedback into clear, actionable insights
  • Building always-on dashboards and AI-powered alerts to spot reputational risks and market shifts before anyone else
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Brand, Innovation, R&D, Marketing) to ensure the consumer’s voice shapes what we create and how we grow
  • Staying on the cutting edge of tools, trends, and analytics methods in the evolving world of consumer signals


How Will You Make An Impact?


  • Analyze real-time consumer conversations from social media platforms to uncover emerging trends, sentiment shifts & cultural signals not captured by traditional research.
  • Monitor & interpret online reviews to identify product feedback patterns, recurring pain points, and opportunities for innovation & service improvement
  • Track & analyze search behavior data to understand evolving consumer needs, intent & demand signals across categories & markets.
  • Evaluate influencer & content creator impact by analyzing engagement trends, audience sentiment & brand association across digital ecosystems.
  • Integrate social listening, reviews, influencer & search data into consistent insight narratives that inform marketing, innovation & corporate communication strategies.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring & reporting of brand health & reputation by analyzing sentiment & risks across earned & naturally occurring consumer conversations.
  • Deliver regular trend reports, audience deep-dives & competitor benchmarking using voice-of-consumer data to guide strategic planning.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Data Science & Analytics.


Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on Use of Social Listening & Analytics Tools
  • Delivering Consumer Insight to Cross-Functional Teams
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory
