Voip Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior VoIP Engineer to join a dynamic international environment and take ownership of workplace and contact center telephony operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of VoIP, telephony, and ACD environments while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Manage and troubleshoot ACD, CTI, IVR, and telephony environments

โ€ข Design and maintain call flows and routing configurations

โ€ข Support workplace infrastructure, hardware, cabling, and office relocations

โ€ข Monitor network and system availability proactively

โ€ข Handle incident, problem, and change management activities

โ€ข Manage patching, software deployment, and compliance activities

โ€ข Maintain technical documentation and support KPI reporting

๐Ÿ”น Requirements:

โœ” 5+ years of experience in enterprise contact center and VoIP environments

โœ” Strong hands-on experience with ACD/CTI/IVR platforms such as Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, or similar

โœ” Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, telephony infrastructure, and call routing

โœ” Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes

โœ” Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

โœ” Fluent English and German (minimum B1 level)

โœ” Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
