VoIP Specialist

Project Overview: We need a specialist to deploy a stable, Dockerized Asterisk environment on a VPS. The system handles calls forwarded from clinics (no-answer/busy), plays a greeting, and notifies our FastAPI backend. Webhook Specs: - Method: POST (Content-Type: application/json) - Webhook URL must be configurable via env var - Payload: { "did_number": "${EXTEN}", "caller_phone": "${CALLERID(num)}", "uniqueid": "${UNIQUEID}" } DoD Phase 1: - Successful test call plays greeting audio - Webhook is delivered and backend returns 200 OK - Setup runs fully in Docker with env-based configuration Requirements: - Documented experience with Asterisk + Docker - Deep knowledge of PJSIP and dialplan logic using ${UNIQUEID} - Experience with JSON webhooks To Apply: Please provide concrete examples of similar Asterisk + Docker projects and describe your approach to ensuring stable RTP in Docker. We will provide SIP trunk credentials and the backend webhook endpoint. Work is tracked via GitHub issues Budget Expected 12–14 hours for Phase 1 and 4–6 hours for Phase 2. Any work beyond this scope requires written approval.
