VOIP Technical Support Engineer

Good knowledge in OSI Model , Router and Switch,VoIP.

Responsible for installing, configuring softphones and hard phones

Managing Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network

Troubleshoot LAN and WAN hardware systems

Respond to customer queries

Meeting with IT managers to determine the company’s network needs

Analyzing existing VoIP networks

Developing architecture plans for voice and data services

Troubleshoot VoIP network issues

Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols

Training staff on network and system protocols

Exp: 06 Months to 1 Years –VOIP Filed or Fresher

Shift – Day Shift , alternative Saturday need to work (5Hrs)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
