Summary:

The Vice President, Digital Marketing will serve as the firm’s digital leader, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This role will own website management and optimization, oversee SEO, GEO, AEO, and performance marketing efforts, and lead the use of marketing automation platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this leader will ensure digital channels are a growth engine that enhances advisor support, drives client engagement, and reflects the firm’s brand identity.

The ideal candidate is a strategic digital marketer with proven experience in building high-impact digital ecosystems. They will combine technical fluency with strong project management and leadership skills, ensuring that digital initiatives are measurable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Digital strategy leadership
  • Website management and optimization
  • HubSpot platform ownership
  • Creation and execution of digital campaigns
  • SEO, GEO, and AEO optimization
  • Data-driven marketing enablement in partnership with the tech Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the firm’s digital marketing strategy and implementation across website, search, automation, and digital campaigns
  • Determine overall digital marketing budgets and allocate funds appropriately across various initiatives, including but not limited to paid ads, SEO/GEO/AEO, partners, and other various campaigns
  • Oversee website performance and optimization to ensure an engaging and effective client experience
  • Own the marketing automation platform (HubSpot), ensuring optimized use of emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, and automated campaigns
  • Manage external digital marketing partners to maximize performance and ROI
  • Drive SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives to enhance visibility, inbound traffic, and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure marketing data is fully integrated with firm systems and accessible to advisors
  • Establish and enforce visual brand standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling digital identity
  • Provide regular performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing processes and tools

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in SEO, GEO, AEO, website optimization, and digital campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred; Marketo or similar acceptable)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and external vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with senior leadership

Additional Experience (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Knowledge of the financial services, asset management, or wealth management industry

What We Offer:

We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $173,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
