VP of Integrated Marketing

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with deep executional expertise in multi-channel storytelling, innovative marketing, and “out of the box” creative thinking. They must also possess strong capabilities in conducting consumer research and leveraging consumer insights across all strategic initiatives to ensure marketing strategies resonate deeply with target audiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Strategic Integrated Marketing Planning & Consumer Insights:

  • Develop the annual integrated marketing plan, a detailed roadmap and associated budget.
  • Set bi-monthly execution goals for all managed teams, keep them accountable for achieving KPIs, and report on roadmap progress.
  • Drive consumer insights strategy to inform marketing decisions aimed at subscriber acquisition, retention, and increased LTV.
  • Conduct consumer research utilizing internal data and third-party providers, translate consumer research and data insights into actionable marketing tactics.

Marketing Activations & Product Launches:

  • Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and awareness around new product launches, including licensed products.
  • Design strategies to create virality around the brands, and integrate the brands into popular culture.
  • Develop integrated go-to-market strategies for new product launches aimed at subscriber acquisition and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches; track product revenue and associated KPIs.

Public Relations:

  • Develop strategic PR initiatives designed to drive subscription growth and brand awareness with target consumers.
  • Manage media relations, influencer partnerships, and thought leadership opportunities. Set and achieve specific PR-related KPIs.
  • Design PR initiatives to support and enhance the brands industry reputation in partnership with the Business Development function.

Social Media Management:

  • Lead comprehensive social media strategies across social platforms, achieving engagement, traffic to website and follower growth KPIs.
  • Oversee in-house content production process, resulting in best in class social media content and achieving social media goals.

Creative:

  • Lead and inspire the in-house creative team, ensuring all visual and content outputs align seamlessly with strategic marketing objectives, brand standards, and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the conceptualization and execution of compelling creative campaigns, collateral, digital assets, and visual storytelling initiatives designed to drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and increased customer lifetime value.
  • Set clear performance and quality standards, providing consistent feedback to elevate creative execution and maintain brand integrity across all consumer touchpoints.

Copywriting:

  • Establish and maintain brand voice across channels.
  • Oversee high-quality copy creation, meeting SLAs and driving subscriber acquisition and increased LTV.
  • Support copy needs in domestic and international markets.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring clarity and consistency across both brands.
  • Regularly assess market trends to refine brand strategies focused on subscriber growth and retention.
  • Set and track brand health KPIs.

Marketing Support for Brand Partners:

  • Provide strategic marketing leadership to support co-branded and partner-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with brand partners to develop joint campaigns, activations, and marketing collateral that drive brand visibility and mutually established goals.
  • Set clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of partner-related marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns based on performance analytics.

What You’ll Need to Have:

Experience:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience, including multi-year senior-level integrated marketing experience in consumer-focused brands.
  • Proven experience in utilizing integrated marketing strategies in scaling revenue at marquee, digital-focused consumer brands.
  • Proven track record managing teams across marketing, creative, PR, social media, and consumer insights, and keeping them accountable for high performance.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics, setting clear KPIs, and driving data-informed decision-making to achieve aggressive goals.

Salary $175,000 + 20% Bonus
