Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and development.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
Skills
- Strong experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for early childhood education.
- Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering positive relationships with students.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, including behavior management techniques.
- Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies, math concepts, and physical education teaching methods.
- Background in special education or tutoring is highly desirable.
