Waffles / Cake Maker Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes, waffles, and other baked items.
• Follow standard recipes while ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately using mixers, blenders, and baking tools.
• Operate waffle makers, ovens, and other baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experiment with new recipes, flavors, and designs to attract customers.
• Decorate cakes and waffles with toppings, creams, syrups, fruits, and other garnishes.
• Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and ensure freshness of baking supplies.
• Store raw materials and finished products properly to maintain quality and hygiene.
• Keep the baking station, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Provide excellent service by preparing customized cakes/waffles as per customer requests.
