Wait Staff/Bartending -Hiring ASAP

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Bartender/Waitress to join our team. Duties

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service and appearance
• Mix drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring quality and presentation
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy
• Provide recommendations on menu items, including wine, cocktails, and food options
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Assist with setup and cleanup for events such as banquets or catering functions
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry; fine dining experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and making change accurately
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following all applicable laws and regulations
• Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous
• Prior bartending experience involving brewing or beverage mixing is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability may be required
