Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Handle billing and payments efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus.
