Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and punch them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and organized.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer questions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly.
• Handle customer complaints politely and inform the supervisor when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Assist with billing, cash/card payments, and order settlement.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of Waiter experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Conditions:

• Duty Hours: 9–11 hours daily
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
• Work Environment: Fast-paced café/restaurant setting

Salary & Benefits:
