- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Check tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction and handle additional requests promptly.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
- Handle billing and payment transactions as per company policy.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and section setup.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
