Waiter

We are a well-established and reputed supermarket chain in Qatar, known for exceptional customer service and a high-quality shopping experience. We are currently looking for motivated and customer-oriented Waiters to join our in-store café/restaurant team.

Job Description

As a Waiter, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for customers. You will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm, friendly manner and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Process payments when required (POS experience is an advantage).
• Support café/restaurant operations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service preferred.
• Good communication skills; English required (Arabic an advantage).
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and multitask.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid QID or transferable visa preferred.
