• Guest Relations: Provide a professional and warm welcome to guests, ensuring high quality service according to brand standards.
• Menu Knowledge: Assist guests with menu selections, including bakery specialties and allergens, to enhance the dining experience.
• Order Coordination: Accurately record orders and coordinate with the kitchen and barista teams for timely service.
• Area Maintenance / POS Operations: Efficiently handle guest billing and payments through the POS system following company procedures.
