WAITER

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their table.

· Present menus and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.

· Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

· Ensure all guest orders are delivered promptly and correctly.

· Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

· Use point-of-sale (POS) systems to input orders and process payments.

· Handle special requests and dietary requirements with attention to detail.

· Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and napkins.

· Clear tables between courses and at the end of meals.

· Keep the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.

· Assist other wait staff when necessary, especially during busy periods.

· Communicate effectively with the team and follow instructions from the shift supervisor or manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred with at least 1 year of UAE Experience

· Preferred for both Male/Female Candidates

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

· Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance.

SALARY: AED 1500+ Food+ Accomodation+Transportation
