The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests. Guest Experience
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials confidently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback.
Service Operations
- Set up and maintain assigned stations according to restaurant standards.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, professionally, and according to service procedures.
- Monitor tables and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
