The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the restaurant’s lifestyle dining concept.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
  • Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials confidently.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback.

Service Operations

  • Set up and maintain assigned stations according to restaurant standards.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, professionally, and according to service procedures.
  • Monitor tables and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service.
  • Process bills and payments accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
