Waiter (Arabic Speaker Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests courteously and present the fine dining menu in a professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve dishes and beverages with attention to presentation, timing, and service standards.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by attending to their needs promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Suggest wine pairings or suitable beverages when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per restaurant policy.
• Support colleagues and assist in overall smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal communication).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, and confident with professional etiquette.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1,600.00 per month
