Waiter / Client Service Attendant

We are looking for a professional and well-groomed Waiter / Client Service Attendant with previous restaurant or hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, serving tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments, and ensuring every client receives courteous, professional, and attentive service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet clients warmly upon arrival.
• Escort clients to the meeting room or designated seating area.
• Ensure clients are comfortably seated and attended to.
• Serve beverages and refreshments professionally while following proper service etiquette and protocol.
• Respond promptly to client requests and fulfill their needs throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sitting area and meeting rooms.
• Display a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent hospitality at all times.
• Collect client feedback before they leave to help improve the overall experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Higher Secondary) completed.
• At least 1 year of serving experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Confident, well-mannered, and customer-oriented.
• Excellent personal hygiene and professional grooming.
• Formal attire is required during working hours.
• This is a full-time position requiring 10 working hours per day (not an internship).
• Applicants must be 20–28 years of age.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients of all ages.

Reporting:

The selected candidate will report directly to the Front Desk Officer or Admin.
