Waiter / Server (Client Hospitality Attendant)

We are looking for a polite and friendly Waiter / Server to welcome guests, guide them to their seats or meeting rooms, and serve water, tea, coffee, and other drinks. The role is to make sure visitors feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visit.

Location: Federal B Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Escort guests to meeting rooms, lounges, waiting areas, or designated seating locations.
• Ensure guests are comfortably seated and attended to promptly.
• Offer and serve water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and other refreshments.
• Guide visitors to meeting rooms, restrooms, reception, or other office facilities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of meeting rooms, lounges, and guest-facing areas.
• Prepare meeting rooms before meetings and ensure refreshments are available.
• Monitor and replenish hospitality supplies, beverages, and serving items.
• Assist with hospitality arrangements for VIP guests, client meetings, and corporate events.
• Coordinate with reception and administration staff regarding guest arrivals and requirements.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter, server, hospitality attendant, office boy, or in a customer service role preferred.
• Eduaction at least intermediate required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and service quality.

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day.
• Rotational shifts may apply as required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and special events when needed.

Reporting Line:

• Reports to Administration Manager / Office Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
