We are a vibrant specialty coffee shop with a beautiful garden terrace, offering a relaxed atmosphere and high-quality service. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.

Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them in the POS system.

Serve drinks, pastries, and food items efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of the garden terrace (tables, chairs, floor).

Ensure tables are properly set with menus, cutlery, and clean surfaces.

Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Collaborate closely with barista and kitchen team.

Prepare bills and process payments.

Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to carry trays, walk/stand for long periods, and handle outdoor service.

Good grooming and professional appearance.

Availability on weekends and evenings preferred.

Basic English required (Arabic is a plus).
