Waiter / Waitress (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are hiring a committed and guest-focused Waiter / Waitress to provide exceptional service and ensure an outstanding dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and care.
• Set up and maintain tables and dining areas according to established brand standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering inquiries.
• Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all dining and service areas.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to guarantee smooth order flow.
• Address guest feedback or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Support colleagues during peak service times to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a 5-star or 4-star hotels.

• Solid understanding of F&B service standards and guest etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English; additional languages, such as Arabic, are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1,650.00 per month

• Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Waiter / Waitress in Luxury Hotels: 2 years (Required)
