Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter to join our service team at Arabesq. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, have strong knowledge of food and beverage items—especially Arabic cuisine and desserts—and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests professionally and guide them through the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Provide product recommendations, including Arabic dishes and sweets.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and stations.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts.
• Assist in setting up tables, refilling condiments, and closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, barista, and front-of-house teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or café (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service, preferably including Arabic cuisine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
