Job Title: Waitress

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Waitress with a minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining restaurants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Serve dishes and beverages professionally, following fine dining service etiquette
• Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained according to restaurant standards
• Upsell menu items and suggest wine or beverage pairings to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation at all times
• Follow company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Waitress in a fine dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, table setting, and etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance, grooming, and positive attitude
• Team player with strong work ethics
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
