Waiter/Waitress

Ramlah Resort, located in the scenic Sealine area, is looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and supporting the restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Set up and clear tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in rotation shifts (6 days per week)
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
