مطعم فيلا ماماز يعلن عن رغبته في توظيف مقدّم طعام / مقدّمة طعام من الكوادر الوطنية البحرينية، على أن يمتلك المتقدّم خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال الضيافة. سيكون الموظف مسؤولاً عن تقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة وضمان تجربة طعام سلسة وممتعة لجميع الضيوف، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام والمحافظة على المعايير العالية التي يتميّز بها المطعم.

Villa Mamas is looking for a Bahraini National at least 1 year of experience to join our Front of House team as a Waiter/Waitress. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, and uphold the restaurant’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them to kitchen/bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall hygiene standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely; escalate if necessary.
• Process bills and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Assist team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bahraini National (mandatory).
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
