Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed food and beverage information.
  • Take accurate orders and confirm details for guest satisfaction.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service of food and drinks.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to address any needs or concerns.
  • Promote and upsell menu items and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers for smooth operations.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Skills:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
