Waiter/Waitress

CIELO is seeking hospitality-driven, outgoing servers to join our opening team for an upscale dining and supperclub concept. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a high-energy, customer-facing environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality, strong menu knowledge, and the ability to guide guests through a curated food-and-cocktail experience with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, high-level service to guests from arrival to departure
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and specials
• Guiding guests through the dining experience with warmth and professionalism
• Maintaining composure and efficiency in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Working collaboratively with management, bartenders, and support staff to ensure seamless service

The ideal server is outgoing, polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, with a natural ability to create memorable guest experiences.
