Waiter/Waitress (kerala only)

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurately taking orders, managing tabs, and processing payments (cash/card).
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Strong Menu Knowledge: Ability to quickly memorize and describe menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, including knowledge of common allergies.
• Communication: Clear, effective, and polite communication with customers, kitchen staff, and management (e.g., repeating orders for accuracy, relaying special requests).
• A cooperative attitude and willingness to support colleagues (e.g., helping bus tables, running food for other servers).
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any needs or requests (e.g., drink refills).
• Clear dishes, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently once guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and side stations.
