- Greet and seat guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders.
- Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is to their liking.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Set up and break down dining areas before and after shifts.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with kitchen
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation.
- Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
- Assist with any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
