Waitress

• Greet and seat guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Present menus and take food and beverage orders.
• Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is to their liking.
• Handle payments and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after shifts.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with kitchen
• Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation.
• Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
• Assist with any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
