Waitress

We are seeking an experienced Waitress to deliver exceptional service within a prestigious restaurant group . The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to guests, assist with menu selections, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained. The role requires attentiveness, courtesy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Handle payments and POS transactions accurately.
• Support team operations during peak hours and special events.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in restaurants or hotel dining environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
