Waitress

We are seeking an experienced Waitress (Philippine National) to deliver exceptional service within a prestigious restaurant group. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding hospitality to guests, assist with menu selections, accurately take and serve orders, and ensure the dining area remains clean and well-maintained. This role requires attentiveness, courtesy, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the dining area.
• Handle payments and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Support team operations during peak hours and special events.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in restaurant or hotel dining settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
• Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
