Waitress

• We are hiring an experienced Waitress to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, professional conduct, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer knowledgeable recommendations
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
• Ensure timely and precise delivery of orders while monitoring guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in line with hygiene and brand standards
• Process payments and handle POS transactions accurately
• Support smooth operations during peak hours, VIP service, and special events
• Uphold hotel policies, service procedures, and luxury brand standards at all times

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an advantage
• 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work effectively within a team
• Well-groomed, courteous, and highly service-oriented
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards within the luxury hospitality sector
