Waitress

We are seeking experienced and service-oriented Waitresses to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional, attentive, and elegant service that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
• Present menus, describe daily specials, and make informed recommendations.
• Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while monitoring and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area per hygiene and brand standards.
• Process guest payments and handle POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with VIP service, peak hours, and special events to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold hotel policies, service procedures, and luxury brand standards at all times.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Russian or other languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and highly service-oriented demeanor.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and guest engagement etiquette.
