Waitress

As a Waitress, you will ensure a warm, welcoming, and pleasant dining experience for all customers. You will be responsible for delivering efficient, friendly, and professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with a positive attitude.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Process payments when required (POS experience is an advantage).
• Assist in overall café operations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in customer service preferred.
• Good communication skills; English required (Arabic is an advantage).
• Pleasant personality, good grooming, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Hardworking, punctual, and service-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid QID or transferable visa preferred.
