Job Summary:

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers politely and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process bills, collect payments, and issue receipts as required.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverages (training can be provided).
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
