Job totle: Waitress

The Waitress is responsible for providing Exceptional Service to
Guests in both casual dining and formal event settings. This role
requires Flexibility, Attention to Detail, and the Ability to Adapt to
different service environments. She will ensure a seamless dining
experience for Guests, whether in a Restaurant or at the Banquet, by
taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and responding to
Guest needs with professionalism and Efficiency.Present menus,
answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
upon request.



1.Greet and Welcome Guests in a Friendly and Courteous
Manner.
2.Present Menus, answer questions about menu items, and
make recommendations upon request.
3.Take accurate Food and Beverage orders and relay them to
the Kitchen promptly.
4.Serve Food and Beverages to Guests in a Timely and Efficient
manner.
5.Ensure proper Portioning, Temperature and Presentation of
Dishes.
6.Refill Beverages and attend to Guest requests throughout the
meal.
7.Assist in setting up Banquet spaces, including arranging tables,
chairs, linens, and place settings.
8.Serve large groups during events, ensuring smooth and
coordinated service.
9.Work with the Banquet team to maintain the flow of service,
including timing of courses and beverage service.
10. Maintain a Clean and Organized work environment, including
dining areas and service stations.
11. Clear and Reset tables Quickly and Efficiently.
12. Present bills to Guests and Process Payments Accurately.



13. Handle Cash, Credit cards, and any other payment methods
in accordance with Company Policies.
14. Address Guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly
and professionally.
15. Ensure Guest Satisfaction by going above and beyond to
meet their needs.
16. Work closely with Kitchen Staff and other F&B Staff to ensure
smooth service.
17. Adhere to all Health, Safety and Sanitation regulations.
18. Follow company Policies regarding Uniform Standards,
Attendance and Code of Conduct.



Qualifications:
1.A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2.Previous experience in Restaurant or Banquet service, or a
related field.
3.Ability to handle cash, process payments, and give correct
change.
4.Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.



Skills:
1. Team Player.
2. A confident personality that will allow the incumbent to deal with
Third parties. e.g. Members, Guests & Prospective Clients.
3. Self-corresponding.
4. Customer Service Orientation.
5. Efficiently manage time, especially when handling multiple
tables or large groups.
6. Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and preparation
methods.
7. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including Evenings, Weekends
and Holidays, as needed to accommodate Operation
requirements.
