JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates with the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant for the day to day operation, assist in overseeing and directing all aspects in providing courteous and efficient service of Food and Beverage at the assigned outlet.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Holds responsible of the entire operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and or Restaurant Supervisor.
- Implement all the service Standard procedure, Rules and Regulations and Policies set by the company to ensure quality service.
- Facilitate and attends to guest's comments, complaints or requests regarding Food and Beverage Service Quality to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Promotes good relationship to the guest and colleagues and maintain effective working atmosphere in the outlet.
- Communicate with the guest about the Restaurant activities and ensure that all guest visited have the most memorable experience.
- Imposed the importance of the Personal Hygiene & Sanitation and Grooming to the subordinate by being the role model.
- Conduct, with the guidance of the Restaurant Supervisor and Restaurant Manager, staff orientation, training, continuously to guarantee service efficiency.
- Contributes on maximizing sales revenue by means of providing impeccable service to the guest.
- Help promote and implement all Restaurant promotions, events happening in the hotel, holidays , community could be the way to increase more revenue.
- Conduct proper control of wastages, breakages and spoilages.
- Ensure that all the operating equipment are carefully handled & maintain orderly
- Contribute and participate during the briefing or meeting conducted by Restaurant Manager and or Restaurant Supervisors.
