Waitress

We are seeking experienced and service-oriented Waitresses (Philippine Nationals only) to join a prestigious restaurant group known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidates will provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests, assist with menu selections, take and serve orders accurately, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while monitoring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout dining and service areas.
• Handle payments and process POS transactions accurately.
• Support smooth operations during busy service periods and special events.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, safety protocols, and service standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service training is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in upscale restaurant or hotel dining environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Professional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
