Job Title: Waiter / Waitress – Arabic Seafood Restaurant

Job Location: Al Sayyad Al Bahri Restaurant and Grill - Bain Al Jasrain branch

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience in an Arabic seafood restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations, especially for seafood dishes and Arabic cuisine.

Take orders accurately and transmit them to the kitchen promptly.

Serve food and beverages efficiently and politely.

Ensure table settings are clean, complete, and well-presented.

Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.

Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially for seafood handling.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Upsell specials, drinks, and promotions when appropriate
