Position :- Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities :-

- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits.

- Measure and prepare ingredients as directed by the chef.

- Assist with basic cooking tasks like portioning ingredients and arranging dishes.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.

- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.

- Regularly clean workstations, equipment, and floors.

- Assist with unloading and storing food supplies.

- Rotate stock to ensure freshness, discarding expired items.

- Monitor inventory and alert supervisors of any shortages.

- Properly dispose of kitchen waste and follow recycling guidelines.

- Maintain hygiene in waste disposal areas.

- Set up workstations and prepare them for use.

- Help with simple tasks during peak hours to support the kitchen staff.

- Adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualification :-

Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role (preferred but not required).

Skills:

- Ability to follow instructions and multitask.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Physical Demands: Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy items.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
